At Azure all lessons are taught on a private to semi-private basis. Our approach ensures you the personalized attention and instruction you deserve along with your safety. It is our belief that students learn best in a happy positive environment. Semi private classes have no more than 4 students and are grouped by age, ability and compatibility. All students are required to wear an approved helmet and boots with a small heel. Our students range from the young to the young at heart.

Our instruction is based on current Natural Horsemanship techniques, with a focus on “Groundwork” before each ride. We play “games” with our horses and emphasize leg cues over reining. We do not teach “Pull to Stop” and “Kick to Go” on our horses.

Our Riding Lesson Rates:

• $40.00 an hour for private.
• $30.00 an hour for semi private.
